Insane law

The Canadian Criminal Code Law, S. 223 (1), states
"When child becomes human being- A child becomes a human being within the meaning of this Act when it has completely proceeded, in a living state, from the body of its mother whether or not
(a) it has breathed,
(b) it has an independent circulation, or
(c) the navel string is severed.

This law's insanity is based on its total lack of connection with reality. A child does not change its nature from what it was while in the womb moments before birth. In both places, it is human and it is a being and therefor is a human being. This law also defies medical science which affirms the child's humanity from conception. The DNA doesn't change from moment to moment. As such, this law is totally unjust because it removes the person-hood right to life which the rest of us born human beings enjoy through our charter of human rights and natural law. The law is the worst instance of age discrimination possible. This is why this law must be repealed.
Please help to correct this horrendous injustice by forwarding this blog to your M.P. s, and our prime minister, demanding this law's repeal. Let us petition parliament now.

Besides age discrimination, this law discriminates according to place of residence of the child in or out of the womb. We are all the same human beings in or out of our houses too! Born children cannot be killed just because they have left the house. Neither should unborn children be under threat of death, of execution, just because they have "left the house" of their mothers' wombs.

I made a critical error at the end of the previous comment by leaving out the word 'not' just before "left the house",indicating the opposite of what I meant. Sorry and thanks for your patience.
